Hey guys! I wanted to address one of the key elements of weight loss, fitness and your diet/health. I feel like a lot of us are stuck with the ongoing cycle of dieting, excessively exercising and then falling of the wagon and giving up on the healthy lifestyle. You might feel as though you have let yourself go so far that you don't see a point in even hitting the gym anymore. OR you might feel as though you don't know how to organize your time properly. This may have you feeling guilty and as a result you are binging on an excessive amount of food. Over-eating can be caused by many factors. But, if it helps you I want to tell you something! Everyone is going through something! There are 4 magical words that will help you change your mindset. Are you ready? GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!! Believe me, I know it's hard to get life organized when all it seems is that everything is falling apart. So, think of it this way; exercise and diet is the one thing that will put your mind at ease. Even though you feel like food is comforting you, subconsciously you will start to feel worse and worse if you are constantly over eating and getting your heart rate up and burning any fat. If you give YOURSELF some tough love, maybe you'll end up getting your ass off the bed, and into a gym! It doesn't even have to be a gym, but try to be active for atleast 4X a week. Even if you are super busy, try and dedicate some type of time towards exercise.
After you've established an exercise routine for the week (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) then plan out what you will be eating everyday of the week. Planning is SO important. If you plan the days you will incorporate your physical activity and what you will be eating, life will be SO much easier. Believe me, you will even start to FEEL happier. I want you to succeed in your fitness and healthy lifestyle journey which is why I am writing this blog post. Don't let yourself fall off the wagon. Your health, and self-care is SO important. Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget to stop and take care of ourselves. I want you to create a journal for yourself. This journal will be of you recording and planning your health, fitness, and diet goals. I don't recommend doing a fad diet but rather changing your food eating habits into a lifestyle. Everyone is different as well! I have been through a lot of different diets and found that veganism is the diet that works best for me. TO be honest, I don't even like using the word "diet" because I feel like thats what makes us go through the dreadful cycle of immense weight gain and immense weight loss. Let's call our eating habits a lifestyle! A healthy one of course. And don't use the excuse "I don't know what to make" because I know you have full access to internet. How would you be reading this blog then?! Google some stuff. Google has so many ideas that they put out for you so use them!
