Hey guys! I wanted to write this blog post because I think it's very important! As a blogger, I am constantly trying out and testing new products to see if they truly work. I really would never promote anything that doesn't actually work. Having said this, I have promoted tea companies in the past. I wanted to frankly answer this popular question... do they really work?
Here is my conclusion. Yes, the tea programs I have tried, they have indeed worked. HOWEVER, I also want to stress something. Although these tea's help to boost your metabolism and give you energy, you also have to be careful. I am a HUGE believer in feeding the body, so please don't think that having tea and eating very small portions of food will help you get to you fitness goals. In my opinion, that is not a form of fitness at all! You have to make sure that even though you are having these teas, you are still working out and eating proper portions of food. If you intensively calorie restrict and have these teas, you will only see short term results. You might step on the scale and think you have lost weight but this will not be good for you long term. Be happy with yourself firstly, and use the teas to help you with your fitness process as long as you are eating a healthy amount of food with regular exercise! I wouldn't 100% rely on the tea for weight loss. Remember 80% is always your diet. By diet I don't mean eating as little as possible, but rather what you consume.
